Cal Weld’s state-of-the-art electropolishing (EP) facility was designed with high purity in mind. Our proprietary process simultaneously deburrs, smoothes, brightens, passivates and redefines the oxide layer of the workpiece. The process has been optimized for 300 series Stainless Steels, including 301, 303, 304 & 316, and satisfies ASTM B 912-000, SEMI F19 and many other customer specific needs. Ultrasonic cleaning, passivation & cleanroom packaging are also available.
